Welcome to Wisemann. This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Wisemann software platform (“Software”), including all modules, AI features, updates, and support services provided by [servicenow innovato Nigeria] (“Wisemann”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using Wisemann, you accept and agree to be bound by this License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Wisemann grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business operations related to property, people, and estate management.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Software and any accompanying documentation remain the exclusive property of Wisemann. This includes all related trademarks, designs, source code, architecture, and AI models.
Using Wisemann does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property in the Software.
We may provide patches, updates, or upgrades to improve performance or add functionality. These will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms. Wisemann is not obligated to offer updates.
If you upload data (e.g., property info, documents, media), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Wisemann a limited license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing services.
We will not use your data for advertising or resale.
This license remains effective until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
Certain features of Wisemann may use third-party components (e.g., map services, APIs, payment gateways). Your use of those features is subject to the third-party terms, which you agree to follow.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.” Wisemann does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisemann is not liable for:
Our total liability in any matter arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the last 12 months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, unless otherwise agreed.
